Willis College Graduation Ceremony ’24

The Graduation Ceremony for Willis College will be held on May 11, 2024 at the E.Y. Centre (4899 Uplands Dr) in Ottawa.

Graduation starts at 2:00 P.M. Graduates should be there no later than 1:00 P.M.

Some things to know for your attendance:

  • If you have children who will be in attendance:
    • Please keep in mind that children 3 and under are free to attend but must be accompanied by an adult with a paid ticket. Children must be accompanied by an adult guardian as graduates will not be seated in the audience during the event. Furthermore, children will not be permitted to sit with the graduate during the ceremony and ceremony preparation.
  • Graduates should be there no later than 1:00 P.M.
  • A professional photographer will be in attendance (for booked appointments) and there will be places on-site where you can take photos independently. See link below to book and appointment to have your photos taken.
  • The graduate’s cap and gown will be provided on-site.
  • Light refreshments will be provided after the ceremony.
  • Please visit https://eycentre.ca/parking/ for information on parking at the event – there is a $10 fee for all-day parking.
  • Public transit is available (see link above), however, please note the Saturday schedule may impact routes.
  • Please find below a list of hotels in the area for your accommodation needs.
  • Flowers are available to buy directly from a vendor on site.
  • You will be asked to fill out a presentation card with your name and program for your stage announcement.
