In recent years, mental health challenges have affected students at alarming rates. While anxiety and depression remain among the most common concerns, many students seek supports and resources for students for a wide range of academic, personal, and emotional reasons, including:

GuardMe Student Support Program
The innovative GuardMe Student Support Program (GMSSP) offers comprehensive support and resources for students, providing 24/7 assistance to all Willis College students. This program provides direct support through the Telus Health Student Support app to students, while also offering consultative guidance to faculty and staff who work closely with them.
GMSSP offers confidential mental health support at no cost to students, providing round-the-clock access to qualified counselors who speak their language, understand their culture, and recognize the unique challenges students face. These supports and resources for students are designed to promote well-being, resilience, and academic success.
Through the TELUS Health Student Support app, students can access a wide range of multilingual articles, videos, and mental health resources, as well as connect directly with a counselor via phone or chat—anytime, anywhere.
