 Indigenous Community Service Worker (ICSW) Diploma Program is a pilot program that was created by the Willis College in partnership with Congress of Aboriginal People and funded by the Government of Canada’s ASETS Program.

The project goals & objectives  

  1. Provide a high demand skills training program to 10 Indigenous people which includes: Industry certifications, Indigenous healing and wellness certificates and a post-secondary College diploma
  2. Provide Career Services and a practicum with the main focus of employment and retention

Industry Certificates:  ASIST,  NVIC,  1st Aid Elderdly Abuse Prevention

Indigenous Wellness Certificate: Culltural Awareness, Healing Ceremonies


This training is offered to 10 indigenous peoples at no cost

Classes: Monday – Friday – 4 hours per day (excluding statutory holidays)
